Full Description
YC wants more founders building full-stack AI companies. Its example: if you believe LLMs can now automate a lot of legal work, most people would build an AI agent and sell it to law firms. The full-stack route is to start your own law firm, staff it with AI agents, and compete with the existing firms directly.
Where it applies: any industry, and especially those dominated by slow-moving incumbents. Instead of selling to the dinosaurs, YC says, "you could make them extinct."
The ask: founders who would rather replace incumbents than sell tools to them.
