Elevator Pitch
AI agents can't automate a company whose know-how lives in people's heads and old Slack threads. YC wants a 'company brain' that turns scattered knowledge into skills AI can execute.

Full Description
YC argues the biggest blocker to automating companies with AI is no longer the models but domain knowledge, which is scattered across people's heads, old email, Slack threads, support tickets and databases. People cope by remembering where things are; AI agents can't.
The ask: a system that gathers that knowledge, organizes it, keeps it up to date and converts it into a skills file AI can act on: a living map of how the company works, such as how refunds or pricing exceptions are handled. Not company-wide search or a chatbot over documents.
