Full Description
YC notes that legacy enterprises have many manual back office processes ripe for automation with LLMs. They tend to be repetitive and rule-based and to involve unstructured data. Examples include processing invoices, reviewing contracts and handling customer service requests.
YC argues LLMs suit this work because they understand and generate natural language, the format much of this data is in, and they can be trained on specific domains and company data to perform better.
The ask: startups applying LLMs to automate these processes in legacy enterprises. YC sees a large opportunity to improve efficiency and cut costs there.
