The best work tools of the last two decades won by going multiplayer (Google Docs, Figma). AI hasn't had its multiplayer moment: you prompt in a box only you can see.
The opportunity: As agents run tasks that take hours or weeks, teams need to drop into the same live agent session to watch it work, redirect it and hand it off, like working with a human teammate.
Where it applies: Engineers coding together, sales teams working a deal, support teams resolving tickets, lawyers drafting contracts, analysts building models, marketers shipping campaigns.
