Elevator Pitch

Millions of remote workers face daily lunch paralysis. Develop a system or service that simplifies WFH meal planning and preparation, reducing decision fatigue and promoting healthier eating habits.

Full Description

Every single day around noon I just stare at my fridge and think "what am I supposed to eat"
I've tried meal prep. I've tried keeping it simple. Nothing sticks.
Today I ate crackers and hummus standing at the counter and called it lunch.
How do people who work from home consistently make actual meals? What's the secret?

I'll usually eat leftovers, a sandwich, or a bowl of cereal. I also like cooking/baking so it's usually a sandwich on some fresh bread. Just ate a pepperoni and pepperocini sandwich on a fresh baugette. 10/10 would recommend

Leftovers are the way. If you cook a variety of things for dinner during the week, you'll have a variety of leftovers to choose from at lunch, too.

I have food paralysis a lot with lunch. I've come into the routine of mixed greens with different toppings and a piece of buttered sourdough toast.

Seriously! And how is this a remote issue? Did the boss in the office spoon feed the employees so now they need to RTO because they don’t know how to feed themselves?

What did you eat when you worked in an office? - if you were went out for lunch, go grab something. - if you packed a lunch, pack a lunch as if you were going to an office the next day. - prepare things like fruits, veggies, homemade muffins so if you just snack it's easy to grab and nutritious. Sounds like this is more of a planning issue/perhaps lazy issue. You don't need to think ahead a week in advance. Don't put that pressure or workload on yourself. Start with 1 day at a time. Spend a little time every evening to prepare for the next day and as you put together various meals/option…

My coworkers are very jealous of my wife who brings me lunch upon request. When she is out with kids/her mom, I am a very sad wife.

Leftovers from dinner. I like to eat foods where I don't get my hands dirty, so I mostly go for rice
