Elevator Pitch

AI coding tools are great once it's clear what to build. YC wants an AI-native system, a Cursor for product management, that helps teams figure out what to build in the first place.

Get involved

Full Description

Tools like Cursor and Claude Code help teams build software once it's clear what needs building. YC argues the most important part is deciding what to build: talking to users, understanding markets, synthesizing feedback. That work has produced requirements docs, Figma mocks and Jira tickets meant for human engineers, and today AI helps only with isolated parts of it.

The ask: an AI-native "Cursor for product management." Upload customer interviews and usage data, ask what to build next, and get a feature outline with an explanation grounded in customer feedback, proposed changes to the UI, data model and workflows, and development tasks ready for a coding agent.

Why now: as agents take the first pass at implementation, the way teams define and communicate what to build has to change.
