Elevator Pitch
False Claims Act cases recover money from companies that defraud the government, but building them takes months of manual work. YC wants software that turns an insider tip into a complaint-ready case.

Full Description
Government spends trillions a year and loses a matching amount to fraud; YC notes that improper payments cost Medicare alone tens of billions every year. The qui tam provision of the False Claims Act lets private citizens sue on the government's behalf and keep a share of what's recovered, but today a law firm spends months or years pulling documents by hand after an insider's tip.
The ask: intelligent systems that organize the evidence around a tip, parsing messy PDFs, tracing corporate structures and producing complaint-ready files, for whistleblower firms, state attorneys general and inspectors general. YC wants at least one founder who has done this work, such as former FCA counsel or an auditor.
