Elevator Pitch
Breaking API changes ship unnoticed and new features go unused. API providers shouldn't just announce changes, they should apply them: agents that open PRs in customers' codebases when an API changes.

Full Description
API communication is broken: breaking changes ship with little warning and changelogs go unread. At AWS, over 30% of one team's downtime came from unnoticed external API or package changes.
Why now: Developers already give agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Devin, Greptile) access to their codebases. What's missing is the layer connecting API providers to their customers' code.
What it could look like: When a provider like Stripe ships a breaking change, an agent scans customer codebases, finds affected usage and opens a PR with the fix, either as per-provider update agents or as a neutral "Dependabot for APIs".
