About This Fellowship

The Google Cybersecurity Clinics Fund, created in partnership with the Consortium of Cybersecurity Clinics, provides up to $1 million each to selected colleges, universities, and community colleges to launch or expand cybersecurity clinics. With a total commitment of $25 million supporting 25 clinics nationwide, it is one of the largest investments in hands-on cybersecurity education.

The clinics serve a dual purpose: students gain real-world experience defending against cyber threats, while local organizations — hospitals, schools, energy grids, and small businesses — receive free cybersecurity assessments and protection they couldn't otherwise afford.

Recipients also receive mentorship from volunteer Google employees, Titan Security Keys, and scholarships for the Google Career Certificate in Cybersecurity, creating a pipeline from education to employment.
