About This Fellowship

Neo is a highly selective community founded by Ali Partovi (CEO of Neo, co-founder of LinkExchange, advisor to Dropbox and Facebook) that identifies exceptional computer science undergraduates and connects them with mentorship from some of the most influential people in tech. The program is not an accelerator or a fellowship in the traditional sense — it is a talent network designed to help the most promising young technologists find their path.

Neo Scholars are matched with mentors who are senior leaders at top tech companies, successful founders, and prominent investors. Past mentors have included the CEOs of major tech companies and founders of unicorn startups. Scholars also gain access to exclusive events, a tight-knit peer community, and recruiting opportunities at top companies and startups.

The program does not provide direct funding and does not take equity. Instead, it operates on the thesis that connecting exceptional people with the right mentors and peers at a formative time in their careers creates outsized long-term value. Many Neo Scholars have gone on to found companies, join early-stage startups, or take leadership roles at major tech companies.
