The Bridge is Entrepreneur First's dedicated US residency for ambitious Europeans who want to build massive companies in Silicon Valley. Launched in 2025, The Bridge recently raised $200M in fresh capital — backed by John & Patrick Collison (Stripe), Eric Schmidt, Charlie Songhurst, and investors from Greylock.
The Summer program is an 8-week residency in San Francisco for young Europeans. The Fall London program starts in London for 12 weeks, then moves to San Francisco for the final 3 months. There's also an XF2 track for experienced founders with 7+ years of experience.
Residents get access to EF's full stack: up to ~$250K investment, $600K+ in credits (OpenAI, Anthropic, GitHub), SF Demo Day with 200+ VCs, and up to $5M in follow-on funding. Companies built through EF are worth $16B+ collectively.
The only top-tier residency specifically designed to bring European talent to Silicon Valley, backed by the Stripe founders and $200M in capital.
Ambitious Europeans who want to build in the US. The Summer program targets younger founders; XF2 is for experienced operators with 7+ years who have founded or been key to a startup.
Purpose-built bridge between European talent and the US startup ecosystem. Not just a visa program — a full company-building residency with co-founder matching, investment, and Demo Day access.
